Cre8mania, in partnership with Manialab, was entrusted with creating the opening ceremony animation for the 10th Internal Audit Conference. The objective was to deliver a powerful, high-energy visual experience, through a four-minute show introducing both the conference’s vision and the GRC program, capturing the essence of Riyadh’s global impact while incorporating advanced technology and futuristic elements.

What We Did

Our artists conceptualized and executed a dynamic animation synchronized with a live dancer for the "From Riyadh to the World". The show followed the event’s brand identity with a futuristic tech style that highlighted key moments representing KSA’s role.
For the GRC program, we introduced a plexus design style and integrated AI technology to track real-life movements in order to translate them into 3D mesh.
Additionally, the team crafted an animation for a cube that played a significant role in launching the conference, adding an interactive memorable layer to the ceremony.

The Results

The conference's opening ceremony held on September 2024 in KSA was a true success as it captivated the audience with an engaging mix of live performance and animation. Our creative approach paired with AI-driven technology, offered a futuristic and impactful narrative adding visual depth to the event.
