Cre8mania was commissioned to design and produce the visual program for the Biban Forum, Saudi Arabia’s premier destination for entrepreneurship and SMEs. Working within precise brand guidelines and a strategic narrative script, our objective was to create a cohesive digital identity, ranging from high-energy opening loops to personalized segments for global keynote speakers.

What We Did
For the Biban Forum, we created an immersive experience using a mix of 3D, 2D, and AI animation. Our team delivered a series of high-impact Intro Loops and a dedicated BIBAN Journey animation to visualize the forum's mission. To enhance the immersive space, we developed bespoke content for four keynote speakers, ensuring brand consistency across all unique animations. We also produced specialized segments highlighting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, optimized for large-scale event screens. By blending AI-generated textures with traditional 3D modeling, we successfully reflected a futuristic, entrepreneurial spirit throughout the entire Forum.
The Results
The visual program for Biban Forum provided a seamless narrative flow, ensuring that every speaker transition and thematic segment delivered a cohesive, premium experience. The use of AI-assisted animation resonated with the forum's tech-savvy audience, positioning the event at the forefront of digital innovation and global event standards.
