For the TransformED Conference at the American University of Beirut (AUB), Cre8mania was commissioned to create a cutting-edge AI Interactive Virtual Host. Designed to serve as the digital face of the event’s innovation theme, the virtual host provided an engaging, high-tech touchpoint for attendees. This wasn’t just a static display, but a functional, interactive installation that allowed guests to communicate directly with a digital entity, bridging the gap between human curiosity and artificial intelligence.

What We Did
We developed an end-to-end interactive system that combined custom character design, AI-driven responses, and physical hardware integration. The experience centered around a bespoke interactive table where users could select from a variety of predefined questions regarding the conference. Once a question was selected, the AI host would immediately respond with fluid, life-like animations and synchronized audio. Our team handled the full creative and technical workflow, ensuring the transition from the user's touch on the table to the host’s reaction on the screen was seamless, responsive, and visually captivating.
The Results
The AI Virtual Host became a standout feature of the conference, significantly increasing audience engagement and providing a memorable, hands-on demonstration of the event's theme. By turning a standard information desk into an immersive interactive experience, Cre8mania helped position the TransformED Conference at the forefront of digital event technology. The installation sparked constant conversation and interaction, proving that AI can be a powerful tool for personalized storytelling and modern brand engagement.
