What We Did
Cre8mania conceptualized and produced a full 3D mapping show to celebrate the essence of the Mahmoud Kahil Award 10th edition: creativity, satire, storytelling, and visual impact. Using The Lebanese National Library iconic building as our canvas, our team of artists designed a unique show highlighting art and heritage by blending original modern animations, archival illustrations, and typographic storytelling to bring Arab comics legacy to life.
Each chapter of the show reflected the award’s mission, from honoring the works of Arab illustrators to spotlighting rising talents. The mapping style merged hand-drawn textures, comic-style transitions, and visual compositions, creating a captivating show for the event’s attendees.
The Results
The 3D mapping show elevated the 10th Mahmoud Kahil Award into an immersive artistic tribute. Guests were visibly moved as the building transformed into a living artwork, telling stories representing the spirit of the award. The projection became a central part of the event’s identity, widely shared and celebrated on social media as it reinforced Cre8mania’s reputation for turning events into visual memories.
