IHERITAGE – BYBLOS ARCHEO GAME
Created in 2023 for iHeritage / CCIA-BML, the Byblos Archeo Game is an interactive heritage installation in Lebanon. Cre8mania combined a model, dual projection, a touchscreen menu and an audio guide so visitors could explore Byblos across three historical periods.

What We Did
Cre8mania developed the concept, virtual heritage reconstruction, 3D animation and interaction. A touchscreen menu lets visitors choose the period to explore on the projected model. Historians and archaeologists from Lebanon’s Directorate General of Antiquities collaborated on the reconstruction, produced using Unreal Engine and Blender. An audio guide provides context for the historical scenes.
The Results
The completed installation was displayed at the Citadel near the entrance to Byblos. Its documented output is a visitor-controlled presentation of three historical periods, combining reconstruction, projection and audio; measured learning or attendance outcomes are not claimed.
